The following table shows suggested but not mandatory fees for various types of roles and services. It is intended for reference convenience and is based on current web3 market rates, which change from time to time. Projects are encouraged to discuss with service providers a fair fee schedule and weekly execute on chain allocation of their sweat tokens for services provided. At SporosDAO we allocate 1 SPOROS for $1 of value provided. Other allocation strategies are also possible. For an alternative example, take a look at the Slicing Pie methodology.

We do not know yet which sweat equity allocation strategy is best because there is not much public clean data available to measure historical performance of projects. However going forward we will have more on-chain data from projects in the SporosDAO network that will allow us to objectively measure the track record of various sweat token allocation strategies.
